Required Skills
- Microsoft Office: 2 to 3 years
- Microsoft Outlook: 1 year or less
- Excel: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, emailing, and phone calls to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Property Listings: Help maintain and correct real estate listings, as well as write compelling property descriptions for advertisements.
- Research & Documentation: Conduct online research on property- or client-related topics, and compile your findings in an organized manner.
- Photo & Video Editing: Perform light editing of photographs and short videos (mainly for YouTube).
- Client Interaction: Act as a friendly point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong people skills for professional client interaction
- Basic photo editing (understanding of what visually attracts buyers)
- Video editing (can be learned, but a quick learner is preferred)
- A keen interest in cryptocurrency or willingness to learn
- No specific experience required, but any relevant background is welcome.
- A calm, friendly attitude with a readiness to learn and go above and beyond.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to adapt quickly to new tasks.
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance to Sandhurst and have reliable transportation.
