- Matric, clear credit and criminal check
- Excellent command of the English language
- Must love fashion
- Responsible and able to think out of the box
- Cash up and banking experience
- Financial acumen and ability to manage stock between stores
- Analytical thinker with Tech-savvy skills(Macbook/Ipad)
- Relationship builder, self-motivated and initiative to assist with the growth of the business
DUTIES
- Set sales targets, analyze sales data, and forecast future sales
- Ensure exceptional service, handle queries, complaints, and feedback
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff, and manage performance across two stores
- Tracking of stock, ordering new stock, and control inventory
- Managing the Social Media platforms, creating content, videos and using initiative to expand the current marketing
- Organize sales promotions and develop and execute marketing strategies
- Control budgets and costs for two stores, and provide reports to Owner
- Assist Owner with current market trends and competitors
