Employer: Exceed Human Resource Consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring effective execution of plans
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events)
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Manage brand image and ensure consistent branding across all platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts
- Manage the marketing and sales budget for cost-effective initiatives
- Provide leadership, training, and development for the sales and marketing team
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Strong background in managing and leading sales teams
- Experience in brand management and market research
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing software, and analytics tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, customer service)
