Employer: Hire Resolve

Hire Resolves client is looking for a junior experienced Financial Accountant in Pretoria, who has completed their SAICA/SAIPA Articles. This Financial Accountant must have high energy levels and show a very good tolerance to stress. Willingness to Learn: Ongoing education and training in field is the hallmark of a good Accountant. They must stay up to date on the latest trends and information.

Responsibilities:

Monthly bank statement processing on Pastel Partner.
Bank reconciliations.
Monthly VAT201 & EMP201 submissions.
Bi-Annual EMP501 submissions.;
PROVTAX calculations.
Customer & Supplier invoice capturing.
Journal capturing.
Preparation of monthly management accounts.

Requirements:

Microsoft Office skills – Outlook & Excel (advanced).
3 Years’ SAIPA/SAICA articles (NB).
BCom Accounting or BCom Financial Management (completed).
Sage Pastel Partner skills (advanced)
ACPAS skills (advantageous)
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Bi-lingual (Afrikaans & English)
Effective time management skills.
Working across multiple data systems.
Interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette. Team Player.
Attention to detail.
Willing to work overtime as and when required.
