A leading manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.
Work closely with Auditors and support the audit process.
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting or a relevant financial qualification.
5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
