Are you a highly skilled finance professional looking to take on a strategic leadership role in a multinational environment? We are seeking an Executive Finance Manager to oversee financial controls, risk management, and treasury functions while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial controls, including balance sheet management, risk management, and treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and implement best financial practices to drive efficiency.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), focusing on profitability, cost management, and strategic forecasting.
Manage SAP/SAP HANA financial systems and oversee financial reporting processes.
Lead and mentor a team of 10-11 finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification with executive finance-level experience.
A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in financial controls, risk management, and treasury operations.
Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
