A client of ours is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their team in Century City. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT project management, particularly within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Freight Forwarding industries. You’ll play a key role in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects to successful completion.

Primary Requirements For the Position:

5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs in a medium- to large-scale environment.
Strong experience in program management of software projects, ideally within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
A tertiary qualification, such as a Degree or equivalent, in Project Management, Business Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Personal Requirements for Program Managers:

Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly articulate goals, project statuses, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and drive project success.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of the program’s success.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and environments while maintaining focus on delivering results.
Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practices in project delivery.
Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate effectively when necessary.
Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed to support project delivery.

Secondary (Advantageous) Requirements for Position:

Experience with international Supply Chain (Import/Export) operations.
Familiarity with software development life cycles and development tools/technologies.
Knowledge of ERP systems and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services).
Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
