Employer: Exceed Human Resource Consultants
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
- Provide accurate and sound management reporting
- Produce month end and year end journals
- Preparing monthly management accounts and other financial reports
- Present reports to senior management
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
- Compile strategies to reduce business costs (procurement)
- Advise on the financial implications of business decisions
- Manage capital expenditure
- Produce financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Review accounting processes and practices and improve
- Developing and overseeing financial procedures and identifying opportunities
- Control income and expenditure within the business
- Management of 3 junior employees.
- Payroll
Candidate Requirements
- BCom degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 3 - 5 years' experience in similar role within the agricultural industry will be beneficial
- Experience with Quickbooks software
