We are working with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Production Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with the right qualifications and expertise to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality and safety, managing assets and risks, developing staff, and controlling costs.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced Diploma / Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5+ years of people management experience in a leadership role.
FMCG middle management experience or technical experience in production machinery and processes.
Strong background in project and process management.
Knowledge and implementation of quality standards.
Understanding of compliance requirements, including OSH Act, BCEA, EE, SD, and CGMP.
