Key Responsibilities

• Managing & Leading the Sales Team: Oversee and drive performance from New Business Representatives.
• Prospecting & Securing New Business: Identify and develop business opportunities within the courier and airfreight industry.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets as per the established sales and commission structure.
• Developing Sales Strategies: Implement action plans to maximize sales growth and client acquisition.
• Managing Leads & Appointments via CRM: Utilize the CRM platform to track leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Sourcing & Driving New Business: Lead by example in sourcing new business and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Preparation of Rates & Proposals: Develop competitive pricing models and tailor proposals for prospective clients.
