Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in the construction industry to contribute to key project activities while ensuring optimal project cost control and management.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Preparing accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) & cost estimates.

·       Processing and negotiating payments & final accounts.

·       Reviewing and approving subcontractor quotations & payments.

·       Measuring & valuing variations.

·       Ensuring adherence to project budgets & providing timely cost reporting.

·       Procuring subcontractors & materials as needed.

·       Conducting regular site visits & attending progress meetings.

·       Maintaining positive relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying

·       3-7 years’ experience as a QS in the construction industry.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QS software (CSS, Buildsmart)

·       Good knowledge of industry standards, construction methods and materials.

·       Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
