• Oversee daily operations of the store under chair of the Store Manager to ensure efficient and effective operations;
• Manage and lead a team, providing guidance, training and support as needed;
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and supervise the activities of employees;
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s;
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards;
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and address potential issues proactively;
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures;
• Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies;
• Manage store budgets, track expenses, and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality under chair of the Store Manager.
Required Skills
- Retail: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience as a Retail Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
• Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work long hours;
• To work on public holidays, weekends and peak seasons, as and when required;
• No criminal record;
• Computer literacy excel;
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
