As a Senior Group Accountant, you will play a vital role in financial reporting, tax compliance, reconciliations, and audit preparation. You will manage high-volume transactions while working closely with the Group Financial Manager.

As a Senior Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements
Handle VAT filing, income tax returns, and SARS compliance
Conduct bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
Assist with audit preparation and financial compliance
Work with multiple active companies, performing basic financial consolidations
Manage high-volume transactions
Identify and implement best practices to enhance financial controls

What Do You Need?:

Accounting Degree (CA(SA) preferred but not required)
2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Strong Excel skills, Xero and SAGE experience is beneficial but not required
