Responsibilities

Creative Design

Develop and execute high-quality visual concepts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, presentations, brochures, and branding materials. Responsible for the overall designs on projects for exclusive sports tournaments and corporate events.

Brand Development

Ensure consistency and adherence to the company’s brand guidelines across all visual assets. Ensure branding is as per Corporate Identity standard on all material, both internal and external.

Project Management

Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Collaboration

Work closely with various departments to understand design needs and objectives.

Mentorship

Guide and mentor junior designer, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.

Innovation

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.

Quality Control

Review and refine designs to ensure they align with project goals and meet quality standards.

Photo Editing

Duties include photographing products, editing the images in Photoshop and preparing artwork for print. Management of all artworks across divisions.
Ability to conceptualise any new project from concept to execution. (Print/Digital/Video/HTML)
Design effective static and animated marketing material

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
Proven knowledge of photoshop, illustrator, InDesign (must have), MS office, powerpoint, Premiere pro / After Effects (Advantages Creativity and cutting-edge design skills)

Experience

Skills and Knowledge

DTP and repro skills necessary
Programme knowledge ((medium to advances): Photoshop, illustrator in design), MS office, Powerpoint (Prezi Skills)
Ability to work on multiple projects and operate professional at executive/client level.
Understanding of social media design and content
Strong conceptualizing, a high level of creativity as well as organizational ability.
Excellent time management
Must be prepared to work overtime when required.
