What You'll Be Doing (The Exciting Stuff!):

Leading the Charge: Take ownership of diverse and challenging projects, from concept to commissioning, across a range of sectors. Like: high-voltage substations, renewable energy integration, building services design.
Consulting Guru: Provide expert advice and technical guidance to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. Your communication skills will be as important as your technical prowess.
Design & Innovate: Develop innovative and cost-effective electrical designs, utilizing your deep understanding of industry standards and best practices. We encourage creative thinking and out-of-the-box solutions.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide and mentor Junior Engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment. We believe in growing together.
Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to The Table (Your Superpowers):

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus!).
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Electrical Engineer in a consulting environment.
Deep understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, protection systems, lighting design, earthing and bonding.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, DIALux).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A passion for innovation and a drive to exceed expectations.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred.
