Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee IT programs and projects. If you have a strong background in managing large-scale software projects, particularly within the supply chain, logistics, or related industries, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Primary Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs in a medium- to large-scale environment.
Proven expertise in program management of software projects within Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
A tertiary qualification, Degree or equivalent, in Project Management, Business Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Personal Requirements:

Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate goals, project status, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of the program’s success.
Adaptability to changing requirements and environments, while maintaining focus on delivering results.
A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practices.
Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating effectively when required.
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Secondary (Advantageous) Requirements:

Experience with international supply chain (import/export) operations.
Familiarity with software development life cycles and development tools/technologies.
Knowledge of ERP systems and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Web Services).
Program Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) would be a plus.
