Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and architect software solutions for clients.

·        Mentor and guide developers to improve technical skills.

·        Collaborate on technical design and best practices.

·        Drive performance and quality standards.

·        Engage in pre-sales, consulting, and proof-of-concept creation.

Required Skills:

·        Expertise in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

·        Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

·        Experience in designing cloud-based applications (Azure, AWS).

·        Strong skills in architecture, security, and performance optimization.

·        Passion for mentoring and leading teams.

·        Experience with Git, Visual Studio, and CI/CD tools.

Desirable Skills:

·        Experience with AWS and Google Cloud.

·        Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Angular/React.

·        Certification in Azure Fundamentals.

Qualifications:

·        Relevant degree or certification in Software Development/Computer Science.
