Job Description:

Hire Resolve's Client's are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician ready to take the next step in their career. If you excel at leading teams, maintaining machinery, and ensuring seamless operations, this is your chance to make an impact and advance your career!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership: Lead and supervise all maintenance processes and operations.
Budget Management: Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget.
Machinery Maintenance: Ensure all machinery is well-maintained and operating at optimal standards.
Maintenance Procedures: Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures.
Inspections & Problem Resolution: Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
Repair & Installation Planning: Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Scheduling & Cost Evaluation: Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, logs, and relevant documentation.
Stock & Supplies: Oversee equipment inventory and place orders for new supplies as needed.

Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Millwright, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).
A minimum of 5-10 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Good understanding of regulatory compliance, health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, HACCP).
Strong project management skills, including planning and executing maintenance activities.
