- Handle a diverse range of travel requests for domestic, regional, and international destinations, ensuring all bookings are processed promptly and accurately.
- Book and issue airline tickets for customers
- Manage Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) and handle ticketing processes, including issuance and re-issuance, adhering to corporate travel policies and guidelines.
- Handle ticket cancellations and modifications based on customer requests.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel restrictions.
- Assist customers with seat selection, meal preferences, and special requests.
- Resolve booking issues, delays, or disruptions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel itineraries.
- Booking accommodation
- Offer value-added services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and hotel bookings to enhance customer experiences.
- Address and resolve booking errors, payment discrepancies, or other ticketing-related challenges.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel industry trends to provide the best advice to clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism
- Computer literacy
- Must have previous work experience within a travel company
- Travel industry software programs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and articulate demeanour.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international/african fares, ticketing procedures, and global destinations.
- Previous experience in a travel contact centre environment
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for travel and assisting clients.
