Responsibilities:

A Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in a data analysis or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in predictive modeling, big data tools, SQL, and advanced Excel (including pivot tables and macros).

Personal Attributes:

Strong initiative and drive.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Goal-driven and able to set and exceed challenging objectives.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
