• Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Registration as a Construction Manager with SACPCMP.
• Extensive Experience in Managing Multi-Disciplinary Contracts (5 – 8 years).
• Experience in Roads, Civil Infrastructure, Concrete, Earthworks.
• Successful track record of planning, organizing, and controlling projects within budget.
• Knowledge and experience of project specifications, products, and processes. 

• Efficient utilization of resources and subcontractors.
• Networking, negotiating skills, and procurement experience.
• Working knowledge of contract specifications and documents.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to develop and motivate staff.
• Ability to manage Health and Safety specifications and standards on projects.
• Strong planning and organising skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging targets.
• Willingness to travel nationally for unspecified periods.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver’s license.

• Experience and knowledge of CCS.
• Experience of Civil Engineering work in a multi-disciplinary context.
