Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, within a Medical Aid or Medical Insurance company.
Proven track record of leading and motivating high- performing teams.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent people managment and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
Exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
A logical , astute, and motivated approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Solid understanding of managed healthcare processes.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Experience in managing BPO operations and Group Schemes is advantageous.
