About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Field Guide (FGASA Level 2 / NQF4) to join our luxury safari lodge team. If you have a deep love for the wilderness, exceptional guiding skills, and enjoy creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct guided game drives and walking safaris, offering insightful and engaging experiences.
• Interpret the natural environment, wildlife behavior, and conservation efforts to guests.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction while providing a top-tier safari experience.
• Maintain and adhere to lodge and FGASA guiding standards.
• Assist in conservation and lodge activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• FGASA Field Guide (NQF4) Certification
• DEAT/LEDET/THETA Registered (or ability to register)
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
• Minimum one year guiding experience in a Big Five reserve preferred
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Passion for conservation and wildlife education
