Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification is essential
Minimum 8 years post-articles experience in a senior financial role
Strong technical expertise in IFRS 9, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Extensive board reporting experience is critical
Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
Proven leadership ability, with experience managing finance teams
Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and provide strategic financial guidance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
