Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team remotely. If you’re passionate about business process improvement, client engagement, and driving digital transformation, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Join a fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to define business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Gathering & analysing business requirements for custom software solutions

· Preparing detailed use case documentation for development teams

· Collaborating with stakeholders to improve customer experience & business processes

· Performing gap analysis, process mapping & usability assessments

· Supporting product testing, user training & SLA reporting

· Acting as a liaison between clients & technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

· Relevant degree in Business, IT, or related field

· 5+ years in business analysis, with 2+ years as a Senior or Lead BA

· Experience in process improvement & digital transformation

· Ability to write product documentation & use case descriptions

· Strong problem-solving & stakeholder engagement skills

· Fully remote work model
