We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Johannesburg

Role: Electrical Engineer (Building Services)

Industry: Engineering & Construction

Level: Mid to Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc) or equivalent

•           Professional registration (ECSA Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng) is an advantage

•           5+ years of experience in building services engineering

•           Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems

•           Experience with relevant electrical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux, or similar)

•           Familiarity with SANS, NEC, and other electrical codes and standards

•           Proven track record in project management, from design to execution

•           Ability to conduct site inspections, technical evaluations, and commissioning

•           Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

•           Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in design work

•           Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

•           Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for innovation in electrical engineering
