What You’ll Be Doing:

â Financial Management & Reporting:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports for property assets.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property expenses.
â Property Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure the accurate tracking of rental income, expenses, and property-related costs.
- Assist with lease accounting, tenant billing, and financial statements.
- Maintain compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local tax regulations.
â Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Work closely with the senior accounting team to support financial reporting processes.

What We’re Looking For:

ð Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2/3+ years of experience in property accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
ð¡ Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MDA, MRI, Sage, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
â¨ Bonus Points For:
- Experience in the real estate or property industry.
- Knowledge of lease accounting and property management systems.
