Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Management – Manage daily schedules, confirm appointments, and ensure timely arrival
Appointment Resolution – Fulfil client requirements, complete documentation, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure payment collection when required
Administration – Submit completed documents, process payments, and manage support tickets efficiently
General – Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver top-notch customer service

Qualifications:

Matric Certificate
Apple Support Professional (ASP) Certification
JAMF Engineer Certification (JAMF 100 & 200)
MCNA & MCRE Certifications
Ruckus Support Engineer Certification
Maintain a 20 000-point average in Apple SEED
Valid driver’s license
