About the Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to provide essential support to our recruiters and ensure smooth operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, managing compliance documentation, and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support recruiters with job postings, resourcing, CV formatting, interview scheduling, and lead generation.
✅ Maintain compliance records, including right-to-work checks, background verification, and GDPR adherence.
✅ Track recruitment metrics and assist with client proposals, presentations, and contract management.
✅ Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM updated with accurate data.
✅ Assist in audits, process improvements, and training on compliance best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment support, compliance, or administration.
✔️ Strong knowledge of compliance (employment law, GDPR, right-to-work regulations).
✔️ Experience using ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder).
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
✔️ Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
