Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced Degrees or certifications are a plus).
Additional certifications in AWS or back-end development technologies are highly desirable.
Extensive Experience: Minimum of 7 years in full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in fast-paced environments.

Technical Expertise:

Front-end: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue.js).
Back-end: Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java, and frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
Databases: In-depth understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, etc.) and deploying applications in cloud environments.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead complex software projects from conception to release, within timelines and budget constraints.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
