Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Co-ordinator Officer to join their team in Centurion Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support, inventory control, and data management in a production environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Ensure the department complies with Health & Safety policies in collaboration with Safety Reps and the HSE Coordinator.
• Assist the Material Controller in managing finished goods inventory.
• Conduct accurate weekly stock takes for finished goods and consumables.
• Reconcile and capture data related to raw material control.
• Update efficiency schedules daily.
• Maintain weekly wages and other production schedules.
• Perform general administrative duties as required

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum of a Degree, preferably BCom in Supply Chain.
• Passed Maths or Accountancy in Grade 12 (essential).
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong administrative skills.
