- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for security guarding services.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Guarding Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will take the initiative to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets in the security guarding sector.
Required Skills
- Sales Experience: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in security guarding services or a related industry.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a similar business-related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
- Clear Criminal Record
