Technical Trainer required for reputable Packaging company in the Western Cape.

Leaders in the Packaging industry is seeking a Training Specialist to create and sustain a progressive learning environment at their plant based in the Western Cape. As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering effective training programs, including identifying training needs, sourcing and managing learning solutions, facilitating both internal and external training, and ensuring compliance with best practices, and promoting a learning culture in the organisation.
 
Requirements:
Matric with relevant Technical Qualification/Diploma
3 Years of process operator training facilitation experience
Previous working experience as Corrugating Supervisor, Process Operator, or Artisan
Working knowledge and training, coaching, and facilitation skills
