Are you a Project Manager with a strong background in managing data centre projects within a consulting environment? Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their Johannesburg-based team to lead and deliver high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and oversee data centre projects from initiation to completion.

·        Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.

·        Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

·        Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

·        Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.

·        Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a consulting environment.

·        Proven experience managing data centre projects.

·        Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and project lifecycle management.

·        Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

·        Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
