Key Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited to):

Financial statements and management reports
Compliance with IFRS and financial regulations
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Reconciliations and month-end processes
Financial audits and maintaining internal controls

Qualifications:

Completed BCom or Honours Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

Minimum 4 years' experience in financial accounting
Experience in the property sector is preferred
