Our client, a leader in the property industry, is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of financial processes within the property sector. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant
Property industry experience is essential

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting or related qualification

Duties and Responsibilities:

VAT and tax
Annual financial statements
IFRS compliance
Budgeting and forecasting
Analysis
Ad hoc
