What You’ll Do
As a Junior Operator / Intermediate Operator, you will be the backbone of our operations team, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for our clients. Your role will include:
- Planning & Coordination – Assist in crafting and executing travel itineraries with precision.
- Supplier Management – Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure top-notch services.
- Problem-Solving – Handle unexpected situations with a cool head and a can-do attitude.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with our South Africa and China teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Ownership & Responsibility – Take charge of your tasks, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- On-Site Support – Be the face of WTA Travel when needed, ensuring our clients have a worry-free experience.
Candidate Requirements
Who You Are

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or operations is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
