Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing terms
- Advise clients on market conditions & property values
- Draft lease agreements & sales contracts
- Build and manage relationships with tenants & landlords
- Identify new business opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends
Candidate Requirements
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Office & Retail Property Sales and Leasing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
