We are looking for a dynamic, motivated team member to fullfill the role of manager in our TOPS bottle store.

Typical daily responsibilities will include:

• Alternating opening and closing shifts with the assistant manager.
• Working alongside the assistant manager with the following tasks:
  • Stock ordering, recieving, system capturing, rotation and merchandising.
  • Daily category stock takes.
  • Staff management, motivation and discipline.
  • Customer and supplier interaction and service.
  • Daily cashup and administrative tasks.
  • Equipment maintenance reporting.
• Being proactive, observent and reactive to customer needs.
• Ensuring neat, clean, attractive shopping experience for customers.
