Position: Plant Manager - Mining

Location: North West, South Africa

Overview:
Hire Resolve's Leading Mining Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of a mining plant in the North West region of South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining operations management, with a focus on ensuring the safety, efficiency, and profitability of the plant.

Responsibilities:

Running the metallurgist plant
Delivery of Capital projects
Improvement and efficiency
Ensure safe production targets are met
Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act

Requirements:

Grade 12
Bachelor Degree in Engineering Metallurgy / Chemical
Experience in operating PGM crushing, milling and floatation circuits
5 years’ experience as Production Superintendent

Benefits:

Salary: R2.8m – R3.2m CTC
