- Work closely with Office Main Store personnel to ensure that daily task/duties are  met

    - Assist with the receiving and issuing of stock

    - Loading and offloading stock from delivery vehicles

    - Keep clean and safe working environment and 

   - Optimize space utilization – Housekeeping

   - Weekly stock verification - Provide Reports when required

   -  Assist with Tool management

   - Follow quality service standards and comply with these procedures, rules and regulations

   - Assist with formal Stock Take duties when required

    - Report on any discrepancies in stock

         Work closely with Site Store personnel to ensure that daily tasks/duties are met

   - Obtain orders for transportation of employees or stock to different locations and ensure that they are carried out correctly

   - Liaise with site foreman and site stores regarding material delivery and or pickups

   - Receives items, stock and/or documents for transport and ensure that they are safely transported to their destinations.

  - Ensure that required paperwork is in place at all times during transportation of goods.

 -  Strictly adhere to transportation rules and regulations

   -  Maintain contact with the line manager regarding  3^rd parties clients/suppliers to ensure that they are made aware of delivery or pickups situations

   - Perform and maintain proper products/goods handling

   - Ad hock duties – as listed above but not limited to.
