Duties:

- Assisting with sales activities, including invoicing and processing orders
- Providing inbound and outbound customer service support
- Creating and promoting monthly specials and sales campaigns
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensuring the accuracy of invoices and resolving any discrepancies
