Hire Resolve's client, a leading insurance institution, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team in Marshalltown GP. In this critical role, you will improve the ICT team's performance by overseeing, securing, and streamlining systems, networks, and end-user devices across a globally distributed organisation.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Manage productivity tools, servers, endpoints, user accounts, and telephony systems, ensuring backups and security.
• Support IT operations, handle vendor contracts, assist with tool adoption, and allocate Helpdesk tickets.
• Ensure systems comply with regulations, monitor security, conduct audits, and mitigate risks.
• Provide internal support, escalate issues, and integrate IT systems like SSO and MFA.
• Maintain documentation, develop IT policies, and promote team knowledge sharing.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Certified in various Microsoft exams (MS-102, SC-100, AZ-500) with expertise in Microsoft 365
• Azure Security,
• Identity and Access Management, and endpoint management.
• Skilled in networking protocols (IP, DNS, VPN) and security
• load balancers (NGINX, NLB), and email security (MX, SPF, DKIM).
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python), platforms (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu), and Microsoft tools (Exchange, Teams, Purview, Defender).
• Experience in compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, and other data protection regulations.
• Strong background in implementing and securing hybrid AD environments, managing devices, and automating processes.
