Requirements:

· BEng/BSc/BTech Electrical Engineering

· Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist, or close to registering.

· Minimum of 5 years’ post-graduation experience in building services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Compile electrical design documentation for various building services projects (MV/LV reticulation, lighting & small power requirements, wireways for other services).

· Compile electronic design documentation for various building services projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire detection, PA/voice evacuation systems)

· Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects

· Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.

· Prepare contract documentation.

· Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
