Candidate Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Brand Representation: Act as a representative of our brand, ensuring all customer interactions reflect our values and standards.
Product Promotion: Demonstrate and promote products, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales and customer interest.
Sales Support: Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product presentation and upselling techniques.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to management to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance your effectiveness in the role.
Basic Requirements:
Education: Passed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Identification: Valid South African ID.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping customers.
Attributes: Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
