The branch manager is responsible for:

• Ensure the branch meets the company's profit targets.
• Ensure we provide the best possible customer service.
• Resolving technical claims and customer complaints.
• Ensure the branch meets Masterparts standards.
• Managing the stock at the branch.
• Ensuring there are no stock losses.
• Manage the branch sales, ensure the sales team performs optimally, and maintain our company standards.
• Manage staff at the branch and ensure that all employees are motivated, performing optimally, and maintaining a positive working environment.
• Ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Managing the company premises' maintenance, repairs, general appearance, and external areas.
• Manage legislative health and safety, firefighting, and first aid compliance, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage the company vehicles and motorcycles and ensure they are serviced and maintained correctly.
• Ad hoc duties as needed.
