We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organization skills and a proactive attitude. 

Key Responsibilities:

• · Maintain accurate trial balances
• · Process journal entries and general ledger transactions, including reconciliations
• · Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• · Manage and maintain the fixed asset register
• · Prepare and load payments for release
• · Assist with the annual budget preparation
• · Support audit document preparation
• · Assist with the preparation of management accounts, including detailed analysis of results versus budgets and forecasts
• · Provide assistance to the Director with ad-hoc requests, projects, and responsibilities as required

Skills and Competencies:

• · Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• · Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• · Experience with Sage Accounting software
• · Highly organized, efficient, and accurate with a keen eye for detail
• · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under deadlines
• · Hardworking, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile
• · Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• · Reliable transport
