Key Responsibilities:

·         Welding & Fabrication: Utilize CO2 and ARC welding techniques to repair and maintain machinery, equipment, and components critical to the manufacturing process.

·         Mechanical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair mechanical systems, including building, shaping, and fixing dies.

·         Assembly & Installation: Assist in the installation and assembly of machinery, metal structures, and other essential equipment.

·         Preventative Care: Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.

·         Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations while working in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize equipment downtime and enhance performance.

·         Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure work is completed to design specifications.

·         Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work area to support a safe and productive environment.
