Candidate Requirements

Experience Required:

Minimum of 10 years operational Mining Engineer / Mine overseer/ Site Manager experience
Minimum of 5 years operational Supervisory / Middle Management experience.

Qualifications:

· National Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering

· Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competence

· Post Graduate Qualification: MBA / MBL / ARM Senior Management / Leadership Equivalent
