We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Western Cape, Cape Town.

Role: Construction Manager

Industry: Construction

Level: Mid-Level

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field.

•           Professionally registered with the SACPCMP as a Pr.CM.

•           3-4 years of construction site experience.

•           2-3 years of construction management experience.

•           Ability to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution.

•           Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

•           Experience in overseeing site quality, building quality, and workmanship.

•           Comprehensive knowledge of OHS compliance and site safety.

•           Proficiency in resolving site issues and proactively finding solutions.

•           Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

•           Strong reporting skills to keep senior management updated on project status, progress, budget, and risks.
